I am a Cincinnati-based, multimedia artist. Hollowbeasts originated from one of my own original character designs that was enjoyed by many people, and so I created a species based off of that character.  The idea expanded into more diversified versions of this basic design - and since I'm a huge nerd for anatomy and biology - thus the Hollowbeast was born. I wanted to create something that took a whimsical approach to fictional creature evolution in that the Hollows are naturally curious and enthusiastic about mimicking their surrounding flora and fauna to attempt to "fit in" - while also being horrifyingly large, skull-faced, lumbering harbingers of seemingly bad omens. The continued expansion of the lore of hollowbeasts is a labor of love that I hope others find enjoyable, or at least entertaining.
